Physical Attributes ! The outstanding characteristic of the Lionhead Rabbit is that they have a 'mane 'long hair surrounding the face. These rabbits are a lot easier to care for than longhaired wooly rabbits or the Angoras, because their mane only needs to be combed out every couple of days. The mane on the Lionhead does tend to mat. NOTE: The Lionhead Lop is a very new breed; There is no certainty that it will keep its mane. The mane may molt and disappear for good or it may grow back even fuller than it was before this is true with the loinhead Rabbits They have a rounded head with short ears slightly shorter than most breeds, well rounded body, legs are medium , Eyes Bold and bright, eyes of whites red or blue. In all other colors as per color standard .
