Background : The Cinnamon came from a series of cross breeding a New Zealand White / Chinchilla buck that was breed to a cross breed doe whom was Checkered Giant /Californian this developed the original pair of Cinnamon rabbits. The Cinnamon breed first showing was at the 1969 ARBA convention in Calgary Canada and two more showing resulted in its official accepted in 1972
